Today dam tiring ar .. kayaking ... at kayaking course, this is the 3rd lesson of kayaking, coaches teach us how to do rescue and recap on capsizing ... first, me kayak from the area that we started the kayak, to the shore. When kayak, i always bang on to some one or the wall, at first i dun knoe how to control, then kayak awhile liao, i started to control very well but not so well....
Then now at home, im feeling very dizzy while now im typing this post as when i stand on the pontoon, its so shaky and i become dizzy and now at home while im typing, i feel that im standing on the pontoon, arr ! so dizzy ...
